Hauser Account Manager/Onboarding Implementation interview questions

I applied for the job on glassdoor. A month later a hiring manager contacted me on LinkedIn but wasnt aware of my application. We had a brief phone convo, then he had me come in for an on-site interview. Followed up a week later with an onsite interview with presentation, but I wasnt given the presentation topic until I arrived. I was given 30 min to prepare before the entire team arrived, along with the director. Took another month for them to follow up with a response. All in all, a 3 month process.
