Hat Trick Productions interview questions

A series of tasks, one in pairs, two in groups of four and if somebody isn’t steamrolling to get their way then they are taking credit for your ideas. The loudest (and usually most diverse from what I can tell) wins.

There were two rounds of interview. First conversation was with direct superior, basic questions on previous work experience and reasons for interest in the offered position. Second round of interview was with regional director, and that one was slightly more direct in regards to specific knowledge obtained during previous employment.
