I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hastings Water Works (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2015
Interview
Extremely easy. They asked me some basic "what if?" questions and were intrigued about my experience in management. The Aquatics manager was pretty tough. He seemed driven, and wanted to make sure that I was driven as well. The staff was very friendly throughout the entire recruitment process.
