Found a opening online that they had posted and applied. After a number of weeks I was finally contacted by an HR rep and completed a phone screen. I was then told that I would be hearing back from them within the next week regardless of if I were moving forward or not. I did not hear from them in a timely matter; reached out to the HR rep and never got a direct response. Approximately a month later I finally got a boilerplate rejection email. Company seems to not be well organized or courteous regarding interviews.

I received an initial phone call from HR to go over general questions. Asked about past work history, asked scenarios questions and past example experience. Did not receive a follow-up call or request for an interview with the department manager.
