I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Haskris in Mar 2025
Interview
I had two rounds on phone with the recruiter and operations manager. After clearing them they called me for an onsite interview. One day prior to the interview they postpone it due to scheduling conflict. I was able to get time off shifted to the next date. Drove all the way there just for them to tell me there was a scheduling mistake and I had to leave only to find later on they already accepted a candidate. They stress so much about company fit and already treat prospects as if their time is worth nothing. Pathetic excuse of a company.

Question 1
What would you need to see in your next position to be worth leaving your current position?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Haskris (Elmhurst, IL)
Interview
I talked with a recruiter, then HR. Seemed like a good company. Conversation was good. I was able to get a good feel for what the position was, company culture, etc. I withdrew from the process for personal reasons.

Question 1
Something about interacting with clients. Honestly I don't remember, it was a lot more of trying to get to know me over the phone.
Interview process takes about 4 hours where it’s very conversational. They give you a tour of the site as a part of this. They discuss nothing technical at all, so no need to brush up on anything.
