The initial phone interview went well and I was asked to take a test via online. I had been searching for a job for several months and was never asked to take a test. So I took it, i past it of course, but I felt it was a waste of time. I was then emailed and was informed they wanted me to come on site for a in person interview. The follow up with this person was a terrible experience and I never went in for the interview. It is their loss because most of my administrative experience is with a real estate investment property management co.
