I submitted an online application. The PI contacted me for more details. We exchanged a couple of emails detailing my experience and interests. This was followed by an hour long skype interview. I was informed within 8 hours that I had been selected.

It was very professional and friendly but a very long process with different PIs and MDs. They seemed well prepared and knew almost what I did prior and what my future role was.

Very standard. Started with a job talk, then one on one interviews with lab members as well as neighbouring professors. Overall a very positive experience and would happily go through it again! Was very fun.
