I entered the Eaton Centre location to hand deliver my resume to the manager in charge. There were 5 interviews in total; one phone interview which was only an hour after I had handed in my resume, and 4 more with various managers during the following 2 weeks (two with sales managers, one with the general manager, and one with the regional director).

Nothing difficult was asked. It was the very basic/preliminary retail questions such as "describe your previous work experience" or "Name your biggest weakness"

It was super simple and stress free. The person doing the interview made me feel comfortable and not like it was an interrogation, one of the best interviews I’ve had.
Will be having an interview tomorrow. Not so sure about the salary range! They have been so respectful and kind thus far so I hope my interview goes well. I have no expectations for my interview as I am just curious to see how it goes
