It was a 3 part process consisting of a lesson observation, written test and several Interviews with different members of the leadership team. The whole process took up half a day and no lunch was provided.

Applied via recruiter. Offered an interview. Regular interview with a school lead. One round. Received an offer within a few days and had really lovely feedback during the interview. Asked questions about teaching style, experience, what a typical lesson would look like, safeguarding etc.
