I interviewed at Harris & Associates (CA) (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Friendly but professional. Gave off good work culture vibes. Direct manager and director was on the call together. Cracked jokes and made me feel comfortable. The interview took about 30 minutes

Interview
I arrived for the oral interview which was about a half hour or so. There were laughs between the three member panel, they knew each other pretty well. I did not feel intimidated at any point. After the interview I took a CAD test. If you have any AutoCAD/Civil 3D tutorials do not skip the basics. About a week after the interview I received a call from the director of engineering services offering me the job.

Interview
Hiring process was quick and straightforward. Interview went well and I felt like it would be promising. But I guess it wasn't. A little unprofessional. Asked about my GPA and sounded like it was not what they were expecting and got very awkward suddenly. GPA was not a requirement on the job posting. They said that they would call my current employer to give them a heads up on their interest with me. Interviewed by two project managers. I took an exam after the interview and they said they would keep in touch but never did. I've accepted the fact that I mightn't gotten chosen but I've been emailing the interviewee's for the past four weeks after my interview to see if I could get a status update on my application and they've not responded once. All in all, I think it was a little unprofessional.
