Phone and then in person. Usually about 30 mins. No drug test. Very basic background check. Owner will call you first and generally does the interview. Then maybe another coworker will do the interview too.

Interviewed with the owner. He was friendly and personable. He described the position and expectations of the job. He told me about himself and the company. He made me feel very comfortable.
