First round of interviews was "speed dating" style. You spend about 5 minutes with 2-3 people at Harken with roles ranging from Provider, Operations or "Leadership. This phase is about getting to know you personally and seeing if your personality is a good fit for Harken. The second phase is a phone interview with HR. Here they asked more traditional interview questions. The third and last interview for me was an in-person interview with two management level individuals. They ask situational questions and also logistical questions such as which site location you would prefer to work at.

It was a fun process. Sort of like speed dating and a group interview. You take turns meeting with different staff members (about 3) with a group of other candidates.
