If selected you will have 2 interviews. A phone screening and an interview with the hiring managers (2). During the phone screening you will be asked the normal "informal" phone screening questions (i.e tell us what you know about the company, resume history, salary). The second interview with the hiring managers (2) will be more formal. Two different personalities; one more welcoming than the other. This interview will discuss Harbor Compliance as a company (values, mission, history). Next, they will discuss the position more in depth. Once discussed, they will ask you a list of questions they both have pulled up on their computers (about 5-7).
It was advised that no day is the same, there is a lot of responsibility/workload. If you do not want to work hard then this position is not for you or even Harbor Compliance is not for you. Per manager, they only hire about 1-2%. They are looking for long term employees and the best and/or hard workers.
At the end they will ask if you have any questions. Please note, if they (or anyone) discusses "company values" at the end you did not get the position.
