Harbor Care interview questions

Hands down the most awkward/unprofessional interview (phone) I've experienced. Long story short, the woman asked me "How old are you?" I reluctantly answered that I was 25. I was told "You are too young for this position, it requires a great deal of responsibility". I was denied the position right there over the phone. I have a masters degree and 2 1/2 years identical experience. If "Tracey" is the one to interview you, prepare yourself.

Long unorganized process. poor communication and coordination between HR and hiring manager.
