Interview
First a logic test, then a meeting with HR, then a meeting with hiring manager meeting, then a meeting with the CCO. All interviews lasted for an hour. They asked standard questions about my work history, my personal skill sets, why I wanted to work at Happy Socks, etc.
It was very lax and informal, but you should take it seriously. If your personality gels with management they will tend to give you the job. Smart casual attire I think works best for the first impression.

The interview was straight forward and I was asked questions relevant to the role. The recruitment manager showed interest in my academic career and asked what were my expectations from the company.
