Interview
Got call from company HR for interview. As per him, the interview process consisted of one technical round, one technical + managerial round, and an HR round if the previous two rounds are cleared, all on same day. The interview started on time and got through both the technical rounds. HR confirmed that I have cleared the technical rounds and that they will call me the next day for HR round, eventhough it was supposed to happen the same day. Now its more than a month, the HR has not said anything, nor are they replying to my mails. Horrible experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Happiest Minds Technologies (Bengaluru)
Interview
Had 3 rounds followed by a discussion with the HR. First two rounds were technical, one on Selenium and Testing concepts and one on Java. Third round was with a manager, it was a general discussion about work, not much questions. Final discussion was with the HR who asked about the kind of work I had done and some negotiations (without actually mentioning the compensation they would offer).
