I was approached by a recruiter for this role, but the initial experience was not very smooth. Despite multiple attempts to schedule a call, there were delays and last-minute excuses. After a long wait, I was finally asked for my resume, and it took even longer to receive an update.
Eventually, I was invited for an interview with the HR representative and the Director of Customer Service. The interview itself was a positive experience—the Director mentioned that while I had limited experience in logistics and transportation, he saw a lot of potential in me. He also shared that he had been searching for an internal candidate for a long time but had decided to look externally instead.
At the end of the interview, I was told to expect an update within two weeks. However, several months have passed, and I have not received any communication or feedback. While I understand the hiring process can take time, clearer communication and follow-ups would have made the experience much better.
