Round1: A half hour phone interview with one HR person. Round2: The HR asks me to do a project and submit a written report based on analysis. I spend 3 days to finish the project and submit all documents (data, syntax file, report, etc.) to them and a couple days later, I got a very positive response about my project. Round3: I was invited to do an approximately 2 hrs phone interview with 3-4 people. Then, no feedback for more than 3 weeks. Then I have to send email to ask the HR what's going on. After two emails I send out, the HR send me an email with very official rejection format, you know~. Well, I just feel discouraged but have to move forward and forget about this company.
