Interviewed with another SM, DM called later in the day for an interview, VP of Stores called the next day for an interview. DM called later in the day and made a job offer. Very quick and fast.

Interview with the district manager of that area and see if the fit is right with them as much as being the best candidate for the position and area and that past expierence and future leadership also will help propel thier store to future success
