I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HangarFour
Interview
Interview process was straightforward and fast, however I felt too pressured to make a decision on the offer so I decided not to take it. During the interviews, the team seemed nice but clearly desperate for more hands. There was one mention that "there was no time to fully onboard" which raised a flag for me. In my final interview, everyone had been at the company for less than a year. I also felt like they didn't care to get to know me outside of my work experience.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HangarFour (New York, NY)
Interview
Over a month of Zoom Interviews, followed up 2 in person panel interviews with about 10 total team members I was met with team wanting to pivot with the job title. When I inquired about pay and information on this new role they wanted to consider me for, I was ghosted.
Everyone I met was very lovely, but ghosting a candidate leaves a sour impression and transparency should be given to all parties involved.
I had heard through folks within my network that I dodged a bullet as the company is currently struggling with understanding how they position themselves within a creative industry as well as internal burnout.

Interview
They took me through 3 rounds of interviews (2 virtual and 1 in person) and then proceeded to never reach out again. I followed up a handful of times and never heard an update. The team was very unprofessional about this and I do not recommend pursuing a career here.
