I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Handshake
Interview
Awful candidate experience. I received a cold email from a Handshake team member about a position, spoke to her about the role, and then was told I'd hear from an internal recruiter in the next few days.
The recruiter then explained that a different recruiter would reach out to me, who in turn told me that a THIRD recruiter would reach out to me instead. On our eventual phone call, the third recruiter repeated nearly every question and talking point from my initial call and had very few answers to my questions about the role.
When they moved me forward, I was excited to speak to a team member who had been at the organization for a few years with the hopes of learning much more about the role than the recruiter could provide. About 90 minutes before my call, they informed me that instead of speaking with a veteran team member I'd be speaking to someone on their fourth week at Handshake. He was wholly unprepared for the call, started it 5 minutes late, and ended it 5 minutes early because he couldn't answer even basic questions about the role.
Some advice: don't post roles for hire until you have a set recruiting process with hiring managers who come prepared to meet with candidates.

Ghosted. I had a first screening call with the recruiter who let me know that I would be moving forward in the process and they went dark after that. Overall, a very disjointed process
