Applied online. Heard back from the recruiter 3 weeks later for an HR interview. Then talked to SDS, take home (easy), and virtue onsite with 4 people. They make sure all the time slots work for my work schedule, super nice. And then comes the intellectual red flag: one tried to 'reverse engineering' Spotify's subscription model. Job matching is more like Tinder or eharmony, not listening to Rihanna (must be a hell of a salesman to pitch that idea to the team). Got a rejection the very next day. Good experience overall, I wish them the best of luck.
