The first interview was simple and more like a coffee chat. I was asked basic questions like why handshake, relevant past experiences, and general run through of my experiences and times I worked under pressure/demonstrated leadership.

Loop of multiple panelists
All questions directed towards handling data annotation projects and fitting in their culture. Questions arent necessarily tough, but expect follow up questions around navigating timelines and resource constrains

Case Interview
Recruiter screening and behavioral were very standard. Tell me about your time in a project, tell me about a time when something went wrong, etc. Just read anything about behavioral interviews and you’ll do well. The case was excel. Way easier than I thought it would be.
