I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hamilton Group (Reno, NV) in Nov 2022
Interview
Two phone screening calls, audio only. Asked me different questions about my background and accomplishments, but no questions about technical interviews. Got an offer for a final onsite interview which was about 5 interviews and about 5 hours long. Overall, this was a good experience, and 3/5 interviews were more interpersonal than technical. Two interviews centered around computer vision, architecture, and hardware questions. I would rate this as a negative experience overall, however, because the reason I did not get the hire was a lack of technical skills, which they only asked me questions about after 2 weeks during the onsite interview, and not right away. This meant that ultimately I had gotten my hopes up and gone through a 5 hour interview process that was largely obsolete. If they would just ask the technical questions that could disqualify you right away, they would save themselves and others a lot of time.
