      Shop Manager Interview

      1 Nov 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Halston

      Interview

there were 3 interviews. The first was with the ASM of the flagship location, then the GM (who would become Area Manager shortly after), then the VP of Retail. They asked how I sell, my visual experience, behaviors with associates, problem solving abilities, and my knowledge of fashion and trends. I asked several business related questions in regards to numbers and KPIs because it is a new company and I wanted clear expectations.
