there was a three step interview:
1st- you meet with the director of the company it ill be a brief interview about 15mins and he will ask you to go over your resume and ask why do you want to work here? where do you see yourself in 5 years? what are your three strengths?
2nd- you will go on a lunch interview with one or two of their executive team leaders. They pretty much asked basic interview questions such as: everything asked in the first interview. what motivates you? talked about your leadership styles and experiences as a leader.
3rd- you will meet back with the director and its more of a conversation rather than an interview
