I was referred to the interviewer via a campus recruiter. The interviewer called and set up a phone interview. Later the call was made for the interview. The interviewer went through a set of standard HR questions and took time to record and repeat my response back to me. My understanding is that the responses would be forwarded on to additional screening. There were five questions, and I was told to take a second to think and give a meaningful response for each.
