straightforward and easy, nothing overcomplicated if you can explain your resume history and the experience you have to offer. The interviewer was a director and was easy going throughout the interview
Firstly, you should email the recruitement team with your CV and Cover letter;
Then, there will be a telephone interview for some general questions about yourself.
Next, you will be invited to the office and attend a 20-30 min one to one interview with senior members and managers.

staff is friendly, punctual, approachable and helpful; nice office layout; travel is convenient; I really do not have much else to say, overall experience is quite good actually, and the interviewers are open and willing to share
