First, you will be given a planning case, and do a test. The test is about how you use planning regulations and by-laws effectively to provide your opinions on the final permit decision. And if you finished the test and the results is good, they will invite you to do an interview. The interview will include the three different type of questions, including behavioral competency questions, technical questions, and scenario-based questions. Refer to employee competency dictionary (you can google it) for answering the behavioral questions.
