Halifax Media interview questions

I had a two-stage face to face interview; first with the local sales manager, then with the Sales Director for the entire region which included all six or seven local newspapers that we published and sold advertising display ads to local businesses. I was then given a drug test and had a criminal background check before an offer was made for employment. I then received an offer letter in the mail after several weeks for employment which I signed and returned promptly. I was trained in the field with the Sales manager who rode along with me for several weeks until I was comfortable enough with quoting rates, picking up ad copy, and understanding all publication deadlines for all our local newspapers in our region.
