Halff interview questions

The interviewers seemed unprepared to understand my degree background, gave vague answers about long-term stability, and focused more on resume formatting than on my actual experience, skills, and education. Feedback centered on “other candidates are way ahead of you” and "lots of competition" without constructive guidance. Responses felt dismissive, with generic lines like “lots of competition” and “make your resume make it hard for us to say no” instead of thoughtful feedback. Overall, I was not impressed with this experience.

Simple, asked about relevant classes and what team I would prefer to work on and was very flexible to help me decide where I would best fit. Also asked about other relevant experience, but I didn't really have any which wasn't too much of an issue.
