I had the opportunity to showcase my talents during a two week process. You get to design a website in two weeks, that was my interview. As well as a skill test. My interview was at headquarters but not always required. Most interviews are done online or via phone. For my interview, we did a face-to face meeting, phone interviews, executive interview in person and test online. In total, I took 7 test for this position.
