The process consisted of a phone screen, a written test, and 2 interviews. It was a smooth and rapid process. Interviewers were friendly and asked more or less the kind of questions that I was expecting. No curve balls or attempts to test how you answer surprising questions (I previously had some interviews like that, so appreciated the straight-forwardness).
