I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hajoca Corporation (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2012
Interview
I have never been more impressed with an interview!!!! Hajoca really runs its applicants through a stringent interview process to ensure they have the most highly qualified candidates. I applied for a management position. They had me take a Wonderlic test and Disc test to determine your potential and personality. I also did a phone interview, and 2 in person interviews.

Question 1
Although Hajoca and it's sister company EMCO are very large in North America, the company still maintains a family owned and operated feel. The president of the company conducted one of my final interviews. He asked me how my background in teaching would be an asset with Hajoca--- I was honestly very surprised I was being considered for a management position considering I had an sociology/political science background and no business experience---- but this company is looking for innovative thinkers.
Several interviews trying to gauge personality and see if you are fit to run your own business. On campus interview, in person tour, call with company psychologist, and interview with regional manager.
The initial interview was good. It was a get to know you type of conversation. Next steps were explained. You will not go further until you complete the assessments. The assessments were pretty low quality, and there was plenty of questions to be raised regarding the data given. I personally never heard back after the assessment.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hajoca Corporation
Interview
It's a long process with several interviews with different people in different parts of the company. A recruiter will help you throughout the process and answer any questions you have.
