I had a phone interview and then an in person interview. I was asked 30% technical questions and 70% personality questions, both interviewers were really friendly. They were both really quick to get back to me. I received an offer 3 days after my in person interview. Hajoca looks for people with good personalities to create good work environments.

the process began with the initial phone screening, then there was online testing before an in-person interview with the AR manager. After the in person interview, there was an interview with a third party psychiatrist to evaluate your emotional intelligence recorded by the tests.
