The interview process was very impressive! Hair Club really goes through a thorough hiring process for their management team. I interviewd first with the recruiting team. The 2nd & 3rd interviews with AD and VP of Operations and then attended a full day working interview at one of the centers.

How I would motivate my team to have everyone invested in the business.
Virtual meeting and the hiring manager was late. Not a great company outlook. But I was offered the role within 48 hours. I kindly declined since I found a better company.

Easy flow, great recruiter. Company made the process very easy. I went in very nervous being that I don’t work with hair, they reassured me that everything was going to be ok and that training is a top priority of Hairclub.
