Remotely done, phone calls with team health and then zoom with lead Hospitalist. Simple straightforward questions regarding training, experience, goals, and schedule. Have a log of patients if not in the inpatient world or newly entering.

There was alot of back and forth before an interview was scheduled. I was scheduled to be interviewed by 2 groups of 2. All the interviewers were late except one who did not show up to the interview.
