Pretty standard in-person interview. All behavioral questions. They are looking for someone who is organized, professional, and most importantly: good with children
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Habitot (Berkeley, CA) in Oct 2011
Interview
I applied by responding to a posting on my school's Work-Study site. My sister was currently working in the museum and thought I would enjoy working in the Development and PR office. I initially applied for the PR Intern position, but during my interview, the Development Director said she felt I would be a better fit for the Development Internship, and suggested that I consider both. The interview took about 30 minutes, and within 2 days I was offered the Development Internship.
