I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Habitat for Humanity (Troy, OH) in Mar 2014
Interview
First interview was pretty informal, one on one with the Executive Director. 2nd interview 1 week later was with the E.D. and Board President and contained some good behavioral type questions.

Question 1
What would you do if you came to work and there was no enough manpower to run operations?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Habitat for Humanity in May 2022
Interview
Phone screen, interview with the hiring manager, "final" interview with panel. The interviews with both the hiring manager and the panel were awkward verging on unprofessional - lots of discussion that veered into the personal, an off-putting amount of time spent by the interviewer talking about themselves. Interview questions were frequently leading--along the lines of "Do you like (x)?". No discussion of competencies, no opportunity to offer examples. Finally, hiring manager responded to follow up email and punted to HR rep, who then never replied. Did I get an offer? Your guess is as good as mine.
