2 times by phone, then they took 6 weeks to make me an offer, i discovered that they made offer in parallel to other candidates targeting the cheapest one! therefore i refused it when they call me back to confirm my hiring

First a phone call then company visit. They requested a presentation. Few questions related to my background were asked. They were generally very positive. They explained the role in detail. Salary and work location were the main issues. Very nice place to work indeed.
