HUBER interview questions

Very laid back, conversational experience. Interviewed with four people including the president. One pre-interview over the phone, followed by 4hrs of interviews in person. The first phone interview was with your potential manager's manager, then the 1:1 interviews were with HR, president, engineering manager then your potential direct manager.

Initial phone interview with HR and department (line) manager for about 40-50 minutes. After that two live interviews. Phone interview was focused on work experience, projects I've been involved in. Lots of technical questions. Expectations. The first live interview was focused on personal skills, I was given few technical tasks and asked to do online test looking at me from different views. Second one interview was overview of my online test and focused more on a job (could be at that moment). After the second interview I was confirmed as a first choice and offered a contract. Overall procedure was smooth, interesting and lot saying about position and main company values (not always goes in line with people working there and their values and culture).
