Went through five total calls/zoom interviews. The first one was a quick overview of my resume with corporate HR on a phone call. Then I met with HR in the New York office twice and went over resume again and also challenges I have faced in my career as well as strengths I can bring to the table in the job. I then met on zoom with my department head and had similar questions asked and he explained what the role would look like and what would be required of me. I then had another interview with a different department chair who again asked me about previous work experience.
