Interview
The Interview Process with the team at HUB was organized and executed perfectly. Communication throughout the process was exceptional. Each person we met with represented HUB with the utmost professionalism and played a critical role in my decision to accept the offer to join HUB to continue my professional carrier.

Throughout the interview process, we had extensive discussions regarding the "fit" within the HUB Team and philosophy of the organization for the future. This foundation showed me how important work culture is to HUB which is also very important to me. I'm grateful to be apart of the HUB Team and look forward to making a positive impact on the future success of the Company in the years to come!
This was not a cookie-cutter interview process, which I appreciated because every step of the way, I felt like the whole team (from HR to the hiring managers and above) were invested in making sure I was making the right move and communicated with, and I am so glad I made the change!

They asked me what my personal goals were to ensure alignment and make sure I had work/life balance during my career at HUB.
The entire team at HUB was amazing from the application and interview process all the way through onboarding. I can't say enough great things about the organization and its people. This is truly an amazing place to work with a culture that is supportive and caring for both its people and clients, tremendous resources and strong values.
