I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at HUB International (Wallingford, CT) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process went great. I applied, Richard from Talent Acquisition reached out, set up the interview with himself to vet me and see if I truly qualify for the position. He then scheduled an interview with the hiring Managers. I thought was great. I think it's important to meet who you will be working with. Once we met virtually, we got to do a meet and greet.
Interviewed with managers from corporate as well as managers from the local office. The interview process was informed and professional. I highly recommend applying and interviewing for a position at HUB international
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International (Grand Rapids, MI)
Interview
Interview process was exceptionally smooth and communicative from start to finish. The process began with an initial phone interview with the recruiter, followed by two interviews with members of the team. Each step was clearly explained, communication was timely, and there were no long lag times waiting for updates or next steps.
Overall, the experience felt very organized, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Compared to others in the industry, the process was absolutely a cut above and reflected a strong respect for candidates’ time and experience.
