Very difficult not easy to crack If you don't have valid uk work visa, no luck yet.

The interview process was straightforward and well organized. It began with an initial screening call with HR, followed by one or two interviews with the hiring manager and team members. Questions focused on past experience, technical skills, and situational scenarios. Overall, communication was clear and the process moved at a reasonable pace.

This was a fully professional interview with plenty of opportunity and time to discuss all the details of my career and experience to date, and to exchange ideas about the opportunity on offer.
