Tn the beginning there was a situational based assessment about different scenarios in a work environment. It takes about 30 mins to do so but its not timed. This is followed by video interview which consists of 3 questions about yourself

At the final stange of the interview, they will group the finalist in a zoom call. First the recruiters will present: the company, the department and the job. Second we will be divided into group rooms where each recruiter will ask you personal/background questions. Then the third part consistent of solving cases in a limited amount of time and then present your findings to the recruiter.
The interview process was characterized by its smoothness and welcoming nature, with a focus more on understanding the candidate's perspective on cloud technology and evaluating behavioral aspects rather than delving into technical details. The HR representative was described as approachable and amicable, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere throughout the interview without overwhelming the candidate with excessive technical inquiries. This approach highlights the organization's emphasis on assessing the candidate's cognitive and interpersonal skills in addition to their technical knowledge.
