Starts with some maths and English tests. Then there are 3 interviews. 1 is about your skills. Second about what do you know about the role and how will you fit in. 3rd is about your life experience and what you can bring to the role.
Quite friendly and accomodating. I had a computer science background so it was a bit harder for me but for someone who spends enough time understanding finance concepts it will probably be easier.

From filling personal details to hand out CV , finishing the OIA test (7 days) , to getting invited to do the Job Similation test.( 7days) Ranking problems, a bit of maths, a bit of cognitive questions
