The job simulation wasn’t too difficult - quite long and the questions were largely asking how you would respond to certain situations. They don’t assume that you know anything but want to see how you respond.

The interview process was all automated until the last stage. Initial application online. Then an online assessment centre. It was very interactive and a fun experience. Took a while to get back. Followed by an "in person" (zoom) interview.
