Role play exercise: Interviewer as client, ask questions related financial products followed by different rejections, testing your ability to defend and closing the deal. Interviewer was not encouraging without any suggestions and recommendations.

Relaxed and informative talk with head. Mostly was discussing interests and job perspectives, apart from general questions “Why”. Depends on the manager attitude, as other managers were asking technical questions and testing

The interview process for the online assessment was excellent and thought provoking. The online assessment was however really difficult, and I don't think it's good in filtering out good potential employees.

Interview
Very straightforward interview with the CFO. Went through my CV and asked questions about my past internships and experiences. Also tested my finance knowledge with basic finance questions. Interviewer was very nice overall. I got a call one week later saying I got the internship.
