It was easy and chill. The interview is great and they really listen. Remember to tell them more about your related experience. They require you to know Mandarin and English, but it is a plus if you know Cantonese.

Interview
Got a phone interview a couple nights after submitting resume.
I went in for a face to face interview and met with the manager's assistant first and then took an ability test.
I met with the branch manager after that and got asked a few more questions but the interview was a little less formal than the first.
